Meet Our ExpertS
Ulrich Nordenbæk - Bringing 30 Years of Danish Food Industry
With more than 30 years of experience in the Danish food industry—one of the world’s most highly regulated markets—Ulrich Nordenbæk brings deep expertise in premium food logistics to South Africa.
His background spans the full supply chain, from production to international distribution. He has held key roles at Faaborg Middagsretter, Expo Fyn, Slagteri Region Syd, and served as Logistics Manager at Tulip (Vejle) and Danish Crown’s headquarters, gaining strong expertise in cold chain management and food safety.
Ulrich also brings international experience from ESS-FOOD in the UK, combining operational insight with commercial understanding. His experience ensures reliable supply chains, uncompromising quality, and professional handling of premium salmon from Nordic origin to South Africa.
Stewart Foya
With over 20 years of experience in the mining industry- South Africa and Africa region. His background spans exploration, mine production, mineral processing, geoscience research and innovation. A fellow of the Geological Society of South Africa, Stewart has held technical, operational, management and executive management roles at Skanska Jensen Civil Engineering AB, AngloGold, Anglogold Ashanti, Council for Geoscience and Lurco Group. Stewart has served on various advisory roles for government, public and private companies and is currently Director of Sikhuliso Resources and Tswelopele Beneficiation Operation (TBO). Stewart holds a doctoral degree in Economic Geology.
Sarah Visser
Sales Representative, South Africa (Hoedspruit)
Sarah Visser is our dedicated Sales Representative based in Hoedspruit, Limpopo. With over 6 years of solid experience in sales and customer relations within South Africa, Sarah is a central part of our team and our ambition to bring quality seafood products to South African consumers.
Sarah’s strength lies in her deep understanding of the local market and her ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with buyers and decision-makers. Being based in Hoedspruit, she possesses unique insight into the needs of both the exclusive hospitality market (including the many lodges in the region) and the broader retail sector.
As the link between our Danish production and our South African clients, Sarah ensures that our values of quality and reliability are always communicated professionally. Her experience enables her to navigate complex sales processes and ensure that our salmon and herring are presented as the luxury products they truly are.
