Our salmon is produced in close collaboration with the Danish producer Varde Laks A/S.

We collaborate closely with the Danish producer Varde Laks A/S, who is responsible for the production of our salmon. Varde Laks is known for its strong focus on quality, food safety, and consistent production standards, operating within one of the world’s most highly regulated food industries.

Through this partnership, we ensure that our salmon is produced according to strict Scandinavian standards, with full control over processing, hygiene, and traceability. This close collaboration allows us to deliver a reliable, high-quality product to professional B2B customers, from production in Denmark to delivery in South Africa.

Ulrich Nordenbæk - Bringing 30 Years of Danish Food Industry

With more than 30 years of experience in the Danish food industry—one of the world’s most highly regulated markets—Ulrich Nordenbæk brings deep expertise in premium food logistics to South Africa.

His background spans the full supply chain, from production to international distribution. He has held key roles at Faaborg Middagsretter, Expo Fyn, Slagteri Region Syd, and served as Logistics Manager at Tulip (Vejle) and Danish Crown’s headquarters, gaining strong expertise in cold chain management and food safety.

Ulrich also brings international experience from ESS-FOOD in the UK, combining operational insight with commercial understanding. His experience ensures reliable supply chains, uncompromising quality, and professional handling of premium salmon from Nordic origin to South Africa.

Stewart Foya

With over 20 years of experience in the mining industry- South Africa and Africa region. His background spans exploration, mine production, mineral processing, geoscience research and innovation. A fellow of the Geological Society of South Africa, Stewart has held technical, operational, management and executive management roles at Skanska Jensen Civil Engineering AB, AngloGold, Anglogold Ashanti, Council for Geoscience and Lurco Group.  Stewart has served on various advisory roles for government, public and private companies and is currently Director of Sikhuliso Resources and Tswelopele Beneficiation Operation (TBO).  Stewart holds a doctoral degree in Economic Geology.
