Made from 66% minced fish sourced from certified MSC fisheries in the Northeast Atlantic, each cake weighs a fixed 100g and is frozen immediately after production to preserve freshness and texture.
The fish is combined with breadcrumbs, onion, potato starch, wheat flour, and rapeseed oil, seasoned with spices and salt, resulting in a mild, clean flavour profile well-suited for institutional and foodservice use.
Each cake delivers a balanced nutritional profile: 12g protein, 3.6g fat, and 15g carbohydrates per 100g, with a caloric value of 138 kcal.
Packed in cartons of 5 kg net weight and supplied frozen. Units are packaged and ship on pallets of 96 units (480 kg net).
Shelf life is 360 days from production date when stored at −18°C to −25°C (frozen). Once opened, consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze after thawing.
