Made from 66% minced fish, the blend combines 47% white fish (saithe, haddock, cod, and redfish) with 19% pink salmon, giving a fuller flavour profile compared to single-species alternatives. Each cake weighs a fixed 65g and is frozen immediately after production to preserve freshness and texture.
The fish is combined with breadcrumbs, onion, potato starch, wheat flour, and rapeseed oil, seasoned with spices and salt, resulting in a mild, clean flavour well-suited for institutional and foodservice use.
Each cake delivers a balanced nutritional profile: 12g protein, 3.6g fat, and 15g carbohydrates per 100g, with a caloric value of 138 kcal.
Packed in cartons of 5 kg net weight and supplied frozen.
Shelf life is 360 days from production date when stored at −18°C to −25°C (frozen). Once thawed, consume within 3 days when stored at max. 5°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
