Made from 46% vinegar-matured herring fillets — of which 92% is herring cured with salt and vinegar — combined with sugar, water, onion, vinegar, salt, spices, and natural aromatics including allspice and cloves. The result is a clean, tangy herring with a well-rounded sweetness and a classic Scandinavian pickling character.
Each 100g serving contains 11g protein, 13g fat, and 28g carbohydrates, with a caloric value of 269 kcal.
Supplied chilled in buckets of 5.9 kg net weight (drained weight 3 kg).
Shelf life is 180 days from production date when stored at 1–5°C (chilled). Once opened, consume within 14 days. Do not freeze.
