Made from 50% marinated herring pieces — of which 73% is herring cured with sugar, salt, and vinegar — combined with rapeseed oil, 10% mustard, egg yolk, cane sugar syrup, tarragon vinegar, turmeric, and curry. The result is a creamy, full-flavoured herring with a distinctive mustard character and a mild, rounded sweetness.
Each 100g serving contains 6.7g protein, 36g fat, and 17g carbohydrates, with a caloric value of 415 kcal.
Supplied chilled in buckets of 2 kg net weight.
Shelf life is 180 days from production date when stored at 1–5°C (chilled). Once opened, consume within 7 days. Do not freeze.
