Salmon Fillet – 1000–1400 g, Trim D, pin bone out
This premium salmon fillet is produced for professional kitchens and B2B customers seeking consistent quality and reliable handling. It is made from fresh (never frozen) Salmo Salar of superior quality, farmed in Norway in accordance with the Norwegian Industry Standard for Fish. Raw material (3–4 kg) is processed within five working days from arrival. The fillets are trimmed (Trim D), with belly flaps removed and are practically bone-free (pin bones removed; single bones may occur).
The fillet has a uniform red-orange color (14+), a mild and fresh aroma, and a firm, elastic texture with a clean, mild taste. Each fillet is individually vacuum packed using approved food-grade materials and packed in neutral cardboard boxes.
Shelf life is 18–24 months from production/freezing date when stored at ≤ −18°C. When stored at 0–5°C, shelf life is 5 days unopened and should be consumed within 24 hours after opening. Do not refreeze after thawing. The product must be heated to a minimum core temperature of 75°C before consumption.
Fish is the only declared allergen. Production complies with EU food legislation.
