Each 100g serving contains 12g protein, 12g fat, and 19g carbohydrates, with a caloric value of 233 kcal.
Supplied chilled in buckets of 5.9 kg net weight (drained weight 3 kg).
Shelf life is 240 days from production date when stored at 1–5°C (chilled). Once opened, consume within 14 days. Do not freeze.
